Coronavirus- Changes to services

To minimise risk to staff and patients, we are continuing to triage appointment requests and offer both remote and face to face appointments, according to what is clinically appropriate.

Wherever possible please try to avoid coming to the surgery in person and use other alternatives such as Online Services, NHS App, visiting a pharmacy or contacting the surgery by phone.

If you need to visit the surgery or have booked an appointment here is what you need to do to keep yourself and other safe:

Wear a face covering (unless you are exempt)

Sanitise your hands upon arrival

Maintain social distancing

Do not come to the surgery if you have any symptoms of coronavirus

If you do not have an appointment you will not be permitted to enter the waiting room or other facilities. Prescription requests and other paperwork are to be placed in the post box outside the surgery. Samples can be dropped off just inside the surgery door.

If you have either a new, persistent cough, a high temperature, or loss or change of taste or smell, you should self isolate for 10 days.
You do not need to contact your GP or 111 if you self-isolate.

Surgery Tour

If you are thinking of joining the surgery, are a new patient or simply haven't been to the doctors for a while, you may be interested to take a virtual tour of Price's Mill. Powered by Google, you are able to take a look at the waiting room and reception, look inside a typical doctor's consulting room or wander upstairs and look at the nursing suite and a treatment room.
