Suzi Colley, Business Partner

Our team is led by our business partner, Suzi Colley, who has overall responsibility for all aspects of the management and development of the practice.

Paula Cross, Practice Manager

Paula takes care of the day to day patient experience at the surgery as well as staff management.

Sara Eckersall, Finance & Facilities Lead

Sara is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment checks as well as information technology.

Amanda Crawford, Patient Services Lead

Amanda leads the team of patient coordinators and the administration team providing high quality customer service to our patients and visitors. She is also responsible for rota management. Amanda works closely with the practice manager and is involved in the day to day running of the practice. She is the first point of contact for dealing with non-clinical concerns.

Patient administrators

Patient administrators liaise between patients, all teams within the surgery particularly the GPs, as well as communicating with hospitals and other external organisations. The team are mainly responsible for:

  • Patient referrals – NHS & private
  • Subject access requests
  • Processing patient records
  • Clinical coding
  • Firearms licences
  • Medical reports
  • Insurance claims

Patient Coordinators

Our team of patient coordinators have a difficult job to do, especially at busy times, so your patience is welcomed. Patient coordinators are the first point of contact at the practice.  The team are mainly responsible for:

  • Completing Anima requests for patients via the telephone
  • Following clinical triage booking of patient appointments
  • Relaying messages from doctors
  • Giving out test results, when instructed to do so
  • Providing online access
  • Processing prescription requests online and in person
  • Signposting patients, using care navigation procedures
