✔ Convenient services – Online appointment self booking, online platform (Anima) for all patient needs including appointment requests that are GP triaged, prescription requests and all your clinical and non-clinical queries. Our patient co-ordinators always available on the phone if preferred. Same day appointments when needed and timely routine appointments.
✔ Responsive– Listening to feedback and adapting. A new call-back option for our phonelines as requested by patients so no more waiting on hold. Building works adding 3 new consulting rooms now taking place.
✔ Clinical expertise– Expert clinicians with specialist services including diabetes, respiratory health, frailty, sexual health, heart health and medicines management.
✔ Innovative health programmes – Including Your Health Revolution, a unique, locally-led programme that helps patients take charge of their long-term metabolic health and wellbeing. Led by Dr Tom Malins, the project is now entering its fourth year and is expanding. The Living Well frailty team led by Dr Kingswood provides support for people with frailty. The Youth Network programme has supported the trainer of Mental Health First Aiders in some of our local secondary schools.
