Our team is led by our management partner, Suzi Colley, who has overall responsibility for all aspects of the management and development of the practice.

Paula is our Practice Manager. She takes care of the day-to-day patient experience at the surgery as well as staff management.

Administration

We employ a team of administrative staff, who are responsible for patient referrals, along with associated administration relating to hospital communications and patient related correspondence. All essential to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Reception

Our team of receptionists have a difficult job to do, especially at busy times, so your patience is welcomed. They have been trained to ask questions to assist us in determining who it is you need to see, so please be prepared to give a few details. Anything you tell them is treated in the strictest confidence.
